What the heck is going on in Fielding Utah?  I am here in West Des monies with my new boy Elder Jordan.( what a coincidence?)  I love this kid so much he is by far the best comp i have had in a while. me and him talk about football and hunting and all that guy stuff. he is so awesome. my new address is 2108 Grand Ave apt  #5. it was hard to leave Mason City but now I feel it was needed because I knew everyone there and all that fun stuff. but I'm glad I'm here. sounds like you have been having fun with the garden and getting ready for the winter months. if you can find any cool sweaters or something send them because we got a new dress code where we can wear them instead of our suit jackets which is so much better. how's the family doing? its getting colder each day but it feels so good. I cant wait to get the package you are sending I'm so stoked!!!!!!!!! I love it when I get things from family. tell colt and sharlee I am sorry I haven't wrote them a letter but I will soon like today or during the week but I haven't forgot about them. I have just been so busy with packing things and getting all moved to a new area its been crazy. well hope you are all doing good and keep on keeping on love you guys have a good week and smile.
love your favorite son :)

  1. Sister Smith I thought I would share comments made by Elder Horn (Tanner) today. Bother Horn

I got to see Shmitty at transfers, it was fun talking to him. From what it sounds like, Glen, one of our old investigators in Mason City, isn't doing too well... They aren't able to teach him anymore which is a bummer. I believe Elder Smith is somewhere in Des Moines now. I also got to talk to Elder Firth a little bit so that was cool. Our posterity is getting rather large now. Firth has trained two and I'm on my second now, we'll have a big old family tree before we know it. Shmitty's just got to train now so he can pass down the birthright (posterity tie). He will soon I'm sure, he's a great missionary.
